As long as you have a part of your body - a limb, an organ - either restored or with enhanced function due to integration with artificial technology, that's how metal you have to be.
To put in simple terms, a wooden leg, or dental filling, won't make you a cyborg. But an artificial, that moves based on some sort of feedback from the owner, or artificial pacemaker that keeps your heart beating, and you alive? Congratulations, you're a cyborg. Part of you is swapped with technology, and won't work without it.
[ What the hell? Why would someone even do that? And why would anyone want advice what to do from him?? Oh well, Genos will rise up to the challenge. What the panic of this text proves, is that the picture was unwanted, and thus.. ]
Criticize it.
With excruciating detail. That will teach them lesson to not send obscene materials to others.
[ Kaneki only celebrates New Years, so that's the day he'll be dropping off gifts. For Genos, he will leave incense and home-made mochi (rice cakes) - as well a note ]
[ If there was not his name written on the message, Genos would be sure that the delivery is a mistake. He's not used to receiving gifts. And not used to the tinge of worry that he got nothing to give back.
He quickly calls back the gift giver ]
Sasaki, do you have a minute? Half of it even. I've received your delivery and- [ well, gift, that's what it really is but to late to correct himself ] wanted to thank you.
[Saitama had been feeling odd that day since he woke up, mind preoccupied with thoughts of Genos. He's not sure why, but when he made the excuse of going out for a walk when he was truly waiting to intercept the mail to catch the Valentine's gifts he got from local fans he figured it was guilt for being, yes, so petty.
He wasn't getting near as many gifts as back home, but it's still an arm full of gifts and heart-shaped chocolate boxes as he walks into the apartment.]
[ Finally. Saitama returned home. Yes, we wasn't gone for long, yes there is nothing unusual of him leaving... but Genos started to notice these little details a little more than usual in previous day.
He jumps into the door, ready to welcome him back and there is that, the sight of numerous chocolates that stuns him ]
..sensei, you didn't had to. [ He blurts out, before realizing the correct words would be rather those of gratitude ]
[ Genos has a problem standing behind his whole "it's a stupid holiday" reasoning, because right now? Getting a gift from Saitama of all people? He can not refute that.
He walks closer, unsure whether to take the chocolates from Saitama hands or not ]
I am at loss of words... [ he admits finally, with a soft and a bit lost expression ]
[ Perhaps it's a bit old-fashioned, but the message arrives for Genos via mockingbird. Sealed closed by a wax mockingbird sigil, the letter is hand-written in careful cursive. ]
Dear, Mr. Genos -
We have not spoken before, but my name is Petyr Baelish. I serve as the ambassador for Maurtia Falls. I write to you on behalf of a project I am working on within my city. Construction has already begun on rebuilding a much larger library, but I wish for this to be more than simply a bigger structure. I hope to inspire education and the spread of knowledge to the natives of Maurtia Falls as well as provide an invaluable resource to new arrivals here. But more than that, I wish to use it to pay homage to the natives who lost their lives within Maurtia Falls due to imPort related tragedies. Their names will be honored within the library itself and donations will be set up to be made to the families.
For this project to succeed, I need your help. If you are able to donate anything at all to the cause, it would be most appreciated -- whether that is books, money, or simply your time. I plan to put programs into place once the library is finished to have imPorts come in and read to the much younger generation. I believe it would be a great way to strengthen the native and imPort bond.
I thank you for your time, and I do hope to hear back from you soon.
Sincerely, Ambassador Petyr Baelish
[ OOC: You can feel free to just respond to this OOCly if he would donate anything or not! ]
[ OOC: Genos can give some english textbooks, that he already finished - since he's going to weekend english school - and some books, of the cheap-promotion kind. Crime fiction, maybe some fantasy and sci-fi, no slice of life. Sorry for late reply, I'll be coming off hiatus soon! ]
[ OOC: No worries!! Thanks for responding. Baelish will definitely send Genos a thank you card for his contributions. At least they aren't ashes of the letter being burned up or 500 pennies! ]

He says he isn't.

So I guess, an argument could be made, that I like snowflakes
